Kaitlyn made relocating from out of state to an unfamiliar area so much less stressful. From the beginning Kaitlyn made sure to understand our wants and preferences. We flew into town over a long weekend and Kaitlyn devoted her entire weekend to showing us as many houses as possible until we found what we were looking for. Kaitlyn then set up a meeting with the builder and their preferred lender so we could ask any questions in-person before we back home. Once we were under contract Kaitlyn’s work didn’t stop, in fact it had just begun as she made sure to handle everything in person that we could not do such as arranging and meeting the home inspector as well as meeting other contractors on site for quotes. She also made sure to introduce us to the area and show us around, recommending restaurants and other must-sees. I highly recommend, especially if you are relocating to northern Utah!
